Sudan attracts (35) million dollars of investment in 2014 b

Khartoum- SudaneseOnline-Sudan’s National Investment Authority disclosed that the investment flows for the year 2014 has exceeded (35) million dollars, stressing the importance of the foreign investment to the country.
Minister of State at the Ministry of Investment, Dr. Ali Tawur, stated on Friday that the investments which have been ratified (74) projects in the three sectors, stressing that the size of investments amounted to 21% of all other flows.
He noted that the service sector is at top which followed by the industrial sector, stressing the competent authorities in the implementation of the concessions set out in the law to encourage investment, in particular VAT and other fees in addition to the steady taxation of investment sectors as a whole in the country
