Khartoum-The Sudanese army has washed its hands off the accusations of raping 600 girls in Tabit area in North Darfur state, and considered the accusations as unjustifiable and unfounded allegations by irresponsible bodies.
In a press conference, the army spokesperson Al-Sawarmy Khalid Sa’ad refuted the allegations by Radio Dabanga, and affirmed that the number of the population in the small village including the personnel of the armed forces there does not exceed 100 persons. He further described the accusation as illogical as it does not comply with the religion and norms in Sudan.
