Khartoum-SudaneseOnline -Sudan’s Defence Minister Abdel Rahim Hussein came back on Thursday after an official visit to People's Republic of China lasted several days.
In press statements after his arriving at Khartoum airport, Hussein described the visit as important, fruitful and successful, pointing out that visit comes within the framework of the cooperation between the Sudanese and Chinese defense ministries and strengthen and enhance relations between the two countries on military aspects, besides the exchange of expertise in the relevant issues.
During his visit Sudan’s Defence Minister met with Chinese Vice President, Defense Minister, and a number of leaders of the Chinese army.
Hussein accompanied by a number of Sudan Armed Forces, Minister of State in Finance Ministry and representative from Sudan Central Bank
The People's Republic of China is Sudan's biggest trade partner. Sudan imports low cost items as well as armaments from China. China and Sudan enjoy a very robust and productive relationship in the fields of diplomacy, economic trade, and political stratagems. Sudan and China has signed of three agreements, one for technical cooperation and two for grants to Sudan, all amounting to 225 million Yuan (SDG 93 million).
