Spanish diplomat found killed at his apartment in Khartoum

Khartoum-The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that the official of the Visa Section at the Embassy of Spain to Sudan, Imeliano Garcia, was found stabbed to death in his apartment at Garden City quarter in Khartoum.
In a press release issued Monday, the office of the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the ministry's condolence to the Embassy of Spain.
The Foreign Ministry stated that the Official of the Visa Section of the Embassy of Spain, Imeliano Garcia, was found killed in his apartment in Garden City quarter.
The ministry indicated that the Police authorities in Khartoum and specialized teams of the Criminal Investigation Police began immediately the investigation procedure to find the criminals as soon as possible.
The Foreign Ministry affirmed its confidence on the high professional abilities of the Sudanese Criminal Investigation Police and its capability to arrest the culprits.
The press release affirmed that Sudan government is strictly committed to the protection of all foreign diplomats and nationals all over the country.
