Farouq Abu –Issa says consensus forces do not oppose Paris Declaration

Khartoum-The chairman of the National Consensus Alliance, Farouq Abu –Issa, has said they do not oppose Paris declaration, which was co-signed by the Revolutionary Front and the Umma Party.

Speaking to Al-Jareeda from his residence in Cairo, Abu-Issa said his recent statement on the agreement was taken out of its contexts.

Abu-Issa said they realize the value of the National Umma Party, describing the chairman of the party Al-Sadeq Al-Mahdi as playing important role in unifying the opposition rank. He further said that they have concerns about the commitment to implement the agreement.
