Kibir pledges to consolidate woman and children rights in North Darfur

Khartoum-The governor of North Darfur state Osman Yousif Kibir has affirmed concern with protection of woman and children rights in the armed dispute areas. Upon receiving a file on woman and children from Darfur crimes prosecutor, Kibir said the humanitarian laws top everything else.

On his part, the prosecutor of Darfur crimes Yasir Ahmed Mohamed has said that the file contains necessary recommendations to toughen the criminal penalties on abusers of woman and children in the armed disputes areas. He further stressed the necessity of the legal and psychological support
