Khartoum-The governor of Khartoum state Dr. Abdel-rahman Al-Khidir has said that his state is intending to send the foreign beggars back to their home countries in a month.

He has announced allocations of 5% of the new government jobs for the disabled people, and 5% of the available funding of the social development institutions for their own interests.

In a joint meeting of the national council for the disabled people and the council of persons with disability in Khartoum state, he said that around 211 thousand disabled person will benefit from these decisions, saying that this figure represents the total number of the disabled persons in the state.
He further stressed the necessity of commitment by private sector to employ some of the disabled people.

He further announced giving free health cards for each disabled person in the state.


On her part, the minister of social development Dr. Amal Al-Bili has revealed an agreement with the Saving Bank to fund projects for 3000 disabled people with a ceiling of 5 million pounds.
