Khartoum-The deputy chairman of the Umma party Major General Fadlalla Burma Nasir has affirmed that the decision of his party not to participate in the national dialogue or what is known as 7+7 is final, confirming non participation to what he described as the” buried” entity.
Nasir told the Citizen that” we have made a number of conditions for dialogue. Wings in the authority seek to abort dialogue. The political detainees and suppression of freedoms is best example”
He said his party is ready to participate in the dialogue if the conditions are met. In the meantime, the Reform Now Movement has announced boycott to Wednesday meeting for what he described as the decline of the regime to create favorable political climate for dialogue.
