Khartoum-The British Embassy has said that the Sudanese authorities have refused to give actress Angelina Jolie entry visa to Sudan to participate in occasion related to end sexual violence in conflict zones.

The British ambassador said, during a celebration at the embassy on Wednesday, on cessation of violence in areas of conflict that Sudan rejected to sign international treaty on ending the sexual violence.

He urged Khartoum to sign the treaty and London Declaration, which will be signed by several countries, in this regard. He said that Sudan ranked 7 in the list of the countries where there are sexual violence.

The ambassador revealed contacts with the Sudanese authorities to urge Khartoum to join the treaty.
