Sudan takes measures to join world trade organization

Khartoum-The Sudanese foreign trade minister Osman Omer Al-Sherif has announced commencement of measures to prepare for the Sudanese trade system that will have the positive impact in Sudan efforts to join the world trade organization. He pointed out that the ministry is exerting visible efforts to prepare and review the specialized laws.


He said that the revision of laws includes organizing competition, banning monopoly and dumping, the commercial record, saying that all laws have been translated into English.


He said that the 10 world bank experts are contributing in the making the ( diagnostic study ) with the Arab funds contributing in the support trade program through technical and logistic assistance to Sudan and Comoros Island as the least developed Arab states.
