Sudan and Ethiopia coordinate on security of agricultural projects on border line

Khartoum-The Gedarif state has revealed regular meetings between the security committees in the border localities with the Ethiopian regions to discuss securing the agricultural season on the border line and a number of issues of mutual concern.
Commissioner of eastern Al-Galabat locality Mutasim Abdel-Jalil told the Sudanese Media Center that the coordination to move joint patrols between Sudan and Ethiopia to secure the agricultural projects on the border line has been made.
He said that the joint patrols aim to stop any breaches by the unlawful groups.
He said that the locality is exerting efforts to combat the passive phenomena related to human and drug trafficking between the two countries.
