Khartoum urges S. Sudan foes to return to negotiation

Khartoum-The Sudanese government has called on the parties to the conflict in South Sudan State to stop fighting and return to the negotiation in order to reach a peaceful political settlement. The government urged the citizens of the border areas in the White Nile state to show hospitality to the displaced people from South Sudan.

In a mass rally in Al-Jabalain city on Wednesday, the Sudanese Vice President urged the South Sudan foes to stop fighting and return to the negotiation table to reach a peaceful settlement and lay down the principles of peace and stability.

He lauded the way the citizens of the borders areas adopted with those who escaped from war in South Sudan, stressing the importance of treating them as Sudanese citizens.
