Court acquits first defendants, accuses 9 of undermining constitutional system

Khartoum-A military court in Al-Obeid city in North Kordofan acquitted on Tuesday the first defendant and accused 9 of affiliation to the Revolutionary Front

Lawyer Osman Saleh told the Citizen that the court has acquitted the first defendant Saed Mohamed Al-Awad, the student at the Economics department at Khartoum University, ordering his release. The court has indicted 9 defendants under the article 50 of the criminal code (undermining constitutional system).
