US to ease economic embargo on Sudan

Khartoum-The US Embassy in Khartoum has reveled endeavors to amend the measures of economic sanctions on Sudan and alleviate the hardship of the boycott.
Speaking to the Arabic Gum council forum on the US food and drugs agency on the Arabic Gum, organized by the Sudanese Businessmen association on Sunday, the Economic Counselor at the Embassy said that these efforts will see the light soon.
The American Food and Drugs Agency has announced expansion in the usages of the Arabic Gum in areas of industry and beverages, expecting a two-fold rise in the use of the Arabic Gum kin the US in 2014, and over the double in the European Union countries.
