Khartoum-The protests among leaders of the Nuba Mountains within the SPLM-North have risen as a number of the military commanders have sent a memorandum to the European Union and the US embassy in Juba requesting real representation of the Nuba mountains.
Sources close to historical sources in the Mountains revealed contacts included a number of icons of South Kordofan in Sudan and abroad, commander Telefone Koko and a number of field commanders in the SPLM army in the Blue Nile and South Kordofan to hold an all-inclusive conference for the people of the area to support opportunities for realization of just peace, and to have the real the stakeholders as representatives of the people of the two areas in the peace talks. The memo has criticized what it described as the unilateral decisions on the issues of war and peace in the two areas by Abdel-Aziz Al-Hilo and Malik Agar.
