Al-Maidan Communist newspaper to resume publishing soon

Khartoum-The Sudanese Communist Party has affirmed completion of preparations to resume publishing of Al-Maidan newspaper as of the 23 of current month. In May 2012, the security service banned publishing of the newspaper.
The Communist Party accused the government of adopting war policies and tactics, and renewed rejection to engage in dialogue with the government without creating favorable climate and allowing freedoms.
The spokesman of the Communist Party, Yousif Hussein, said in a press conference that the lift of banning the newspaper is not a gift but it is a fair right that came through political struggle.
