Khartoum rejects dialogue with SPLM-North
Khartoum-The government delegation has refused the agreement signed on the 28th of June 2011 that constitutes the reference of the UN Security Council resolution 2046. In a statement issued by the spokesperson of the SPLM delegation to the Addis Ababa talks Mubarak Adol the government delegation has also rejected the discussion on speeding up a humanitarian operation in accordance with the international humanitarian law.
