Ja’afar Merghani concludes historical visit to River Nile state

Khartoum-The assistant to the President of the Republic Ja’afar Al-Sadeq Al-Merghani has concluded last week a historical visit to River Nile state during which he inaugurated a number of the development projects. The Assistant to the President was received by the governor of the state Major General Al-Hadi Abdalla and leaders of the state.

The assistant to the President lauded the development plans of the efforts the state’s government.

During his visit to Al-Kafa’a agricultural project, the assistant to the President said that the project is an ideal model for the agricultural investments in Sudan. He said the Arab investors have strong interest to invest in Sudan, saying that we shall make the climate favorable for them.

He was accompanied by a number of officials including the minister of the council of ministers, Ahmed Sa’ad Omer, the minister of agriculture, Al-Tayeb Hassan Badawi, and the state minister for agriculture.
