Khartoum-The lawyer of the family of martyr Sara Abdelbaghi, Mutasim Al-haj, has said that the security arrested on Sunday the man believed to responsible for the killing of Sara during last September protests. The attorney general charged, Sami Mohamed Ahmed Ali, who is working for the regular, with murder under article 130 of the criminal code . The lawyer said they have also requested to charge the officer in charge of the weapons at Al-Doroshab North Police station with violation the regulations of armament for delivering the accused person, who does not belong to Al-Doroshab North police station, with the arm he used to kill Sara.
Advocate Al-Haj said that the attorney office sees no sufficient reason to file a case against the officer in charge of the weapons. He said that they will appeal the attorney office decision not to indict the officer who handed in the weapon to accused person.
