Leading Islamists in Sudan announce the birth of new political party; The National Movement for Change is born.

Prof El Tayeb Zain al Abdeen, Dr Houida Al Atabani and Dr el Tighani Abdul Ghader are some of the names involved in starting up the new political movement.

The birth of a new political party under the name of the National Movement for Change was announced yesterday; the founding documents for the new party were published by Today's News newspaper; amongst its founders who signed the founding documents are Professor el Taueb Zain al Abdeen, University of Khartoum Professor, Dr el Tighani Abdul Ghader, Dr Mohammed Mahjoub Haroun, Mr Ahmed Kamal, Dr Houida Salah el Deen al Atabani who stated that the movement has nothing to do with the reformist movement led by her father Dr Salah el Deen al Atabani.
