(7-13) Supervision:
Supervision is how to organizing and know the dynamic of the work and accomplish things correctly, implement the duties, pass and the Exchange of knowledge, listening and improving the capabilities of the group, put the right person in the right place/job, support Workers and customers, providing, advice in the workplace and full knowledge of the mechanisms work, help the organization, improve it's Capabilities and opportunities for communication, make information, and archiving the team work records and documents tasks.
Record supervision is very importance of oversight, because it covers all aspects of work and self-development, beside recording of work Done.
There are a different kinds of supervisory for example hierarchy, peer put mates together in a work or project Implementation, In Coordination with the director of action through the presence of observers and advisers, etc.
