DV 2013. US Visa Lottery.
DV 2013 US Visa Lottery program is the best and genuine way to immigrate to the USA within short period, with little education and money. Can you believe every year nearly 50,000 people are getting the American Green card through this easy to immigrate American program? This program is designed to issue 50,000 immigrant visas to the eligible people in the fiscal year 2013 through the computer random draw name selection, is going to accept entries in the year 2011. This program is popularly known as green card lottery throughout the North America, South America and in some African countries.
Application form for this green card lottery will be available online with the name E-DV entry in the American Government's official web site for a period of 30 days only. The program is endorsed by the US senate to issue Immigrant visas to people from countries which are sending less people to the USA within the last 5 years period.
This is not an easy USA immigration program as some American people say.
This program may look simple to play, but it is governed with strict rules.
First of all, to participate in this program, the applicant must be native of an eligible country.
Secondly they must have the required education or work experience as required by the U.S Government.
Thirdly if selected must provide a sponsor through the form I-134 from a U.S citizen or US LPR holder.
They have to provide Medical examination reports only from those doctors who are nominated by the U.S consular offices.
The DV Lottery winners must provide police clearance certificate for the last 10 years from those places they were living. Further more they have to pass the background check by the U.S.A authorities from some sensitive departments .
At the moment the official web site doesn't provide the DV 2013 application form. The form will be available free for a period of thirty days and there after it will be closed. The available dates will be published in the media with the dv2013 opening date and closing date information by the U.S State department. The DV-2013 lottery winners will not get the visas right away. But will be allowed to apply for the American immigrant visa following the normal immigration visa procedures. Once issued with the visas they may go to the America and can change their status to LPR status and can stay and work legally as long as they wish.
Those people who are staying in the USA too can apply for the 2013 program if they meet the eligibility, to get the American Green Card. If they are selected as winners in the greencard lottery then they must contact the USCIS office when their case numbers are current to apply to change their current status to the American LPR status.
Eligible person can submit only one entry as primary applicant for this visa lottery program through the internet.
It is not necessary to be a married person to participate in this DV-2013 visa lottery program.
If you are a married person and want to participate in this diversity visa program then you must include your spouse and all your eligible children in the DV-2013 application form.
Notice: You can't include them after winning the lottery and it is a violation too.
You will need to have the confirmation number in a safe place as it only will help you to find whether you are a winner or not in the DV2013 green card lottery.
DV2013 green card lottery results will be available in the month of May in 2012. KCC will not send any winning notifications for the selected winners by postal mail for the dv2013 greencard visa lottery program, as was before.

Closes on 05 November 2011.
