Some background info; when Christians convert in Egypt the church authorities start kicking up a fuss saying that these people are kidnapped against their will. Egypt obviously not an islamic government sometimes returns the people to their old communities so as to not cause a political stir and upset America. That is why she has made this statement to show the world it was her choice to be muslim.
