Russians and mixed grain bread by Abdul-Aziz Ali Omer

Sadig Al-rizaigi from Al-intibha, Newspaper travelled to Moscow to attend the gathering of countries that reject the arrogance of Uni-polar order and from the cloudy and warm Russian capital , he summed up his impressions and thoughts of the visit that earned a broad official concern. Sudan's stance outside shouldn’t be taken for granted as well as its attempt of self-suffiency.
-"Yesterday, at mid-day, we arrived in Moscow, the capital of Russia, an enormous, grey overcast city where there was a mild rise in the degree of temperature in the warm months of summer. From Ukraine to Syria and from Iraq to the Caucasus in the vicinity of Russia, surging waves and clouds of politics were looming over the city of Moscow. Duma, the Russian council convened a parliamentarian conference to which has been invited 35 countries to come up with concepts and attitudes to uni-polarism or unilateral dominance that formulates international resolution. All are aware that the world is at the threshold of new era in which many of influential powers feel the potential danger that might lead to clashes and confrontation more violent than the former world war. Facing such a disastrous condition is inevitable as well as the emergence of new World Order. Since the inception of Ukrainian crisis and other preceding events, Russia groped its way and fumbled its steps and wasn't the sole country I the international arena that felt the western hegemony epecially U.S. Consequently such a matter requires a mighty anti-alliance to restore the balance in foreign relations and to maintain the world equation and to evade any possible lurking catastrophe .Sudan found its self amidst a crowd of hurricanes and troubled issues. We , in Sudan don't appreciate the value of our position even it is simple , modest, faint or whispered but outside our home country, it has a big echo and it is booming. Sudan supported the Ukrainian cause in the U.S General Assembly that presented the Crimean people referendum to join Russia which rewarded Sudan by selecting as one of the founding fathers of Universal parliamentary bloc declared from the hall of International Trade Center for conventions in Moscow, the Russian capital..
The delegation of Sudan was led by Dr, Eisa Bushra, vice-chairman of National Assembly, Dr. Muhammad Yousef, the Head of Foreign Relations Committee and Tore Dibba, the president of Legislation and Legal Affairs Commission. Dr. Eisa Bushra addressed the global conference in Moscow where he put forward a carefully prepared vision of Sudan of what should be done by the free and anti-unipolar world
.As Sudan voice has become audible and stood defiantly among the giants, we noticed that there was a wide interest in our delegates as they arrived. On the other hand, as soon as we arrived at a hotel, our residence, we found a group of Russian corporate and investors who benefitted from the narrow time in discussing the situation of investment in Sudan. Dr, Eisa Bushra, vice-chairman of National Assembly who previously initiated a scientific research while he held the Science and Communication portfolio organized meetings with the representatives and leaders of Russian companies that work in food processing such as "Shebaiken" that also invests in construction in a number of the world states. The Manger-General and delegates of that corporation at the prompting of Russian President Vladimir visited Khartoum to implement a pilot project of mixed bread made up of sorghum and wheat combination. Khartoum State signed an agreement for making 3 million pieces of such bread. The delegates of the company discussed the strategic dimension of agriculture in Sudan and the importance of dependence on local produce to meet subsistence needs so as to reduce the heavy reliance on imported wheat which has turned into a political commodity. V.A mkiens the chief executive said in a lengthy meeting that they had come to Sudan after signing an agreement with Khartoum government to import flour grinders and mixers to carry out the experience that will change the nutritional value and culture not in Sudan but in all Africa".
