These days, Trump is gloating of his skill to juggle on the journey of international consonance attained by humans, through a difficult birth, pushing back the empires and colonisation and forceful expansionism, respecting human rights and calming down grievances and old blood, towards rationale and cloaking in righteousness away from sedition of religions in what God have not ordained.
He even reached to make relive the abhorrent lust of torture that is not only unacceptable to any conscience and God obedience, but the sensible rational person or at least the well informed one in philosophical sciences and law. He gloated of re-introduction of torture via waterboarding, not because he is an expert that overrules other scientific experts in that field, or because he is a righteous purist reaching to place an ideal paradigm of observing God’s will on earth, nor has he even burdened himself to brows over others research in that field, only boasting of his skills in bidding and his talent of winning the financial disputes and power combats. He stained most of the human record in other than that direction, insisting to demonstrate it by action, which is none but disaster, and to the righteous, the loss of self, a matter that spooks all hearts laden with righteousness.
Trump did not contend with back-peddling towards abolition of slavery and its deep wound that need to heel, nor staying away from infliction of religious sedition and the pursuit of religious politicisations, which is evidence to an absence of sanctity. He only relished those whims of his and caused with it the death of scores of Palestinians and Syrians, waving his bludgeon over Iran while war dancing with it around China and the Arab nations, which by the way are pushed deeper into conspiracy by pushing them deeper into the trap of religious politics, and laid himself in line with Israel to form pincers to play havoc with it in all the world, that does not accord the givens of science or the reverence of the human mind, looking to be hopeful of ruling the world in partnership with Israel like what Netanyahu is gleeful of. (we saw in the news Trump’s son-in-law, Jared Kushner, celebrating the hopeful return of the Christ, a matter only observed by a small number of Jews, who may turn against the Evangelicals and America as the former do accuse the Jews of slaying Christ, and are only helping Israel now to expand to avail the reason for Christ to come to Earth, so would be the right time for them to avenge his death on the Jews, as had been portrayed in the movie ‘The Passion of the Christ, produced by Mell Gibson, which caused a loud roar almost lead to a sedition with the Jews).
I display hereunder, excerpts from my book ‘Demons Out of The Womb of Virtue’ (September 2008, in amazon) having dealt those issues:
On the 18th of March 2003, in an editorial titled “Our Conscience is On the Dock”, in my web pages, Sudan Streamer and Fighting Evil (both currently not active), I wrote cautioning Bush and Blair on invading Iraq for other than the purposes of regime change and the establishing of a liberal democracy (presuming the regime’s illegitimacy in assuming representation of a people without a mandate). I expressly, though, voiced my scepticism in choosing Iraq to apply it on. I begged that oil, non-established charges of stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction or Al Qaeda links, should ethically not be reason to attack, which would set open doors for unwarranted motives to slip through, and which would erode the badly needed faith of the world on the Liberal Campaign. I prayed to refrain from dragging religion into the conflict, and to sensitively keep our distance from any reasons for holy warring. I pointed to Bush’s Texan origin, shady with its past slavery crimes, and his present cult of New Evangelism, and to Blair’s unorthodox timing to catholicisation, and above all, the worrying foresight in the Pope’s warning to Blair. I begged, it might not contract plausibility to violate an international consensus on sovereignty of nations for a regime change, but I maintained such conventions had to be reformed to harmonise with the advancement of civilisation and the maturing of lucidity of Virtue as the unifying and universally sought target. If Iraq had to be attacked, then at least it should be based on that reasoning.
The Iraqi war justification gravitated under Weapons of Mass Destruction, the result of an audacious gamble from a command that looked like toyed-with-teen scouts unwary of a trap Saddam led them into. The unceremonious catapulting of the British Armed Forces through the sexing up of the British defence report, claiming the life of the weapons inspector Dr David Kelly, was demoralising. Across the Atlantic, it brought G. W. Bush’s rating half the way down and stirred the political serenity of America that was once discerned the beacon for Freedom. American serenity and supremacy began the fall journey when America wasted the immense confidence of the people of the world and that of the Americans themselves in America and everywhere else. She declared a movement against evil, but came up with evil unknown before in Guantanamo, Abu Ghraib, Bagram and Haditha, and indulged further in savaging her own home by thinning civil liberties and severely damaging the impartiality of the legal system.
On 13/05/2009 and before the Judiciary subcommittee in the USA, on investigating the Bush administration torture allegations, Ali Soufan, former FBI special agent presented evidence of abuse of morality, legality and professionalism in the torture practice of the Bush administration, and complacency on serious and actionable evidence of the attack on the warship Cole in Yemen, and the attacks of 9/11 well before they were implemented, with two of the hijackers named and monitored. This information was obtained by Soufan using Informed Interrogation Techniques, as opposed to the Enhanced Interrogational Techniques used to subjugate the detainee into compliance, rather than elicited cooperation. The technique is slow, 180 hours of sleep deprivation was not suitable for a ticking bomb. It was unreliable and diminished the American moral high ground by playing in the hands of the enemy. Torture was customary for Al Qaeda; Abu Zubeida’s torture failed after several months, until water boarding was introduced (83 times, which is nothing but calling the interrogator’s bluff); but when intelligent interrogating methods were used, results were obtained in the first hour.
In law, interrogations are sanctioned only as experiments intended to test the credibility of the subject, not to coerce them.
Based on that, the regulation of such experiments were first drafted in the Nuremberg trials of War Crimes of the Second World War, and continued as the guidelines since then.
The Nuremberg Code was severely and recklessly violated through the Enhanced Interrogation Techniques.

Permissible Medical Experiments3
The great weight of the evidence before us is to the effect that certain types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and legal concepts:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment.
The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon everyone who initiates, directs or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.
The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.]
The revelations in the accounts given by Ali Soufan in the subcommittee hearing (and accurately time-lined in his memoirs: The Black Banners – The Inside Story of 9/11 and the War Against al-Qaida), were echoed all over the world and should be acted upon against the Bush Administration.
Exempting America from accounting for its huge harvest of unsolicited butchery of families and abuse of POWs, and the lewd behaviour of its personnel who forgot they were invaders and not guardians to abuse their status, just spun the wheel too backwardly, and an exemption would not slot in, and if was to, it would be wrenched, like in the age of barbarism. Such an exemption is doing more harm than good, for America and for the impeccable image the free world vitally needed in progressing peaceful coexistence. It is high time America, being entrusted the leadership of such a campaign, to choose the right side of history and commit to moral high grounds.
