SPLM practices against referendum

The Government of Sudan has to reveal three important issues in order to help the international community know them ahead of the referendum.
The first issue is the SPLM violations to the Naivasha Peace Agreement since signing it in 2005 while the violation by the SPLA to the agreement is the second matter. The third thing is about the violations committed by the government of southern Sudan against the Naivasha Peace Agreement.

The whole violations are irrefutable legal evidence that the referendum will not be honest, free and transparent. This is a sign that the SPLM will fake the will of the southerners through blackmailing, suppression, bribery and fraud. Nobody will accept the southern Sudan secession on those illegimaite bases.

The said matters, which include lists of violations to the Naivasha Peace Agreement by the SPLM, the SPLA and the Government of Southern Sudan, shall be revealed to tell the international community that the SPLM has been systematically violating the Naivasha Agreement. It has deployed its forces in Al-Rank city beyond the northern borders.
The nonchalant spirit by the SPLM toward Naivasha Agreement has created serious political results. The SPLM shall pay for these deliberate mistakes and violations.
The Naivasha Agreement was not signed to be implemented by one party. It was not signed so that the other party can violate it without being held the accountable for its deeds.
Naivasha was not signed to give the southern Sudan to the SPLM. The Sudanese army implemented the redeployment process by 100% while the SPLM implemented it by 26% a matter which represents a serious threat to the referendum. Confiscating freedoms of supporters of unity questions the credibility of the referendum. The SPLM has arrested supporters of unity and confiscated their properties.
The government of southern Sudan allocated 30 billion dollars to move the southerners in the north to the south for participation in the vote. This step questions the credibility of the referendum.
The southern Sudan government calls for citizenships rights for the southerners in the north, and moves the southerners staying in the north to the south. What is the reason of that if it does not want to intimidate and arrest them or impose its will upon them?
Secession means that the SPLM has sentenced the southerners in the north of losing their citizenship rights in the north and leaving the north. Those southerners have voted for unity when moved 1000 km to the north, and they did not choose to move to nearer areas in neighbouring countries.
If the two parties are abided by the Naivasha Agreement to work or unity, why does Salva Kiir beat the drums of secession in America and Europe? This a serious violation to the agreement, and is part of the its continuous violations to the population census, The Hague arbitration decision on Abyei dispute, the agreement, the interim constitution and to Abyei protocol.

The said acts are followed by the SPLM reluctance toward the demarcation of the north-south borders. It wants a referendum in a borderless land to move the new civil war to northern Sudan areas. It will then claim they are part of the south. The SPLM view that selectivity in implementation of the Naivasha Agreement will make it obtain what it failed to get by war is irrational politics.

The SPLM has failed to ensure the basic freedoms in the south, and provide a trustworthy administration to its oil revenues that exceeded more than 10 billion dollars.

The SPLM did not use the said money in development and service projects. What was made by the federal government since the signing of Naivasha Agreement is bigger than what was implemented by the Government of Southern Sudan.

What was offered by the Fund of Supporting Unity in the south is bigger that what was offered by the government of southern Sudan.
The Government of Southern Sudan has wasted more than 10 billion dollars in arms deals and wide-scale corruptions.
The SPLM has failed to provide food for the southerners. The UN dropped foods in 45 locations in the south.

The SPLA has failed to protect southerners from armed intertribal clashes and from the attacks of the Ugandan LRA that crossed from the southern Uganda borders into the Western Equatoria State that has no borders with Uganda. The citizens of Meridi in Western Equatoria, 12 kilometers from the borders of Congo, have become terrified by the LRA. The LRA, which is present near the town, entered, some time ago, the Meridi market and killed 21 southerners.

The SPLM, which failed to ensure freedoms, security and food, must know that the south is losing the pillars of the state, and suffering from a failed government.
The SPLM has to know that southern Sudan is place where hundreds of tribes are living without a common language, history or other form of unity.
The relationship of these tribes with the north is stronger than their relations with each other.

Luka Boing said that to provide means of communication, the Swahili languages will be introduced to become the language of southern Sudan. Luka said this statement in Arabic, the common language in southern Sudan.

The long list of violations by the SPLM, the SPLA and the Government of Southern Sudan to the Naivasha Agreement will not make the referendum honest, free and acceptable. Thus, Sudan will not be divided into two states
