Has Egypt been sterilized?

On the event of the a Million People March on this coming
25th of January 2014, begging Mr. G. Sisi to run in the coming presidential ellction.
A big question jumps to mind:
Has Egypt been sterilized to give birth to a civilian person who understands the meanings of freedom and democracy, other than General Abulefattah Alsisi?
What a shame for a nation consisting of a hundred of million of people, fails to keep its revolution gains achieved with its martyrs' blood and souls from getting lost to dictatorship again.
Military forces as general - Egypt military precisely - mentally are not capable of such, nor built to handle the duties of civil tasks.
Freedom and democracy, are handled suitably with the care of civilians.
The fact is that, Egypt will never prevail under the administration of G. Sisi even if they cover it with election drama looking like.
The way is still a long way for Egyptians to achieve the dream they are fitting for, for the last three years.
But, for sure one day they will realize the wrong way they are taking and real democracy will prevail eventually.
