We will not fight Sudan: South Sudan president confirms

And those who say that the Government's war with the rebels is a civil war they have narrow view “he confirmed South Sudanese President called on Arabic countries to open consulates in his country, pointing out that his country is not considering joining the Arabic League, adding “I met with the Secretary-General of the Arab League, Dr. Nabil El Araby, and he didn’t talk me about joining, so I doubt to be accepted”
