Sudan participates in the Arab Banking Conference in Cairo

Sudan has announced that it will take part in the Arab Banking Conference for the year 2015 entitled "Financing for Development" during the 27th and 28th of the current April which will be held in the Egyptian capital of Cairo A number of Sudanese banks' leaders are to take part in the conference, which is to be organized by the Union of Arab Banks, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Egypt, Egyptian Banks's Union and the Council of Arab Economic Unity. The conference is to touch a number of issues, which are; Resource Mobilization: Challenges and Opportunities, Financing of Small and Medium Projects: The Arab Strategic Economic Option besides Strategies of Financial Inclusion and their Role in Consolidation of Socio-Economic Development and Mechanisms for Investment Encouragement and Attraction of Capital to the Arab countries. The conference, which coincides with the ordinary meeting 42nd General Assembly of the Union of Arab Banks, is expected to be attended by more than 700 Arab dignitries including Finance Ministers, Governors of Central Banks and Executive Directers of Arab Banks.
