Sudan considers plan of Egypt’s Al Nasr contracting company

Cario-The assistant to the Sudanese President, Musa Mohamed Ahmed, met in Khartoum on Sunday with the delegation of the Al-Nasr Public contracting company chaired by the chairperson of the company’s board of directors, engineer Marwa Mohamed Tawfeeg. The meeting discussed the projects put forward by the government of Khartoum before the company that can implement them via tenders. It also discussed the endeavors of the Egyptian company to enter the competition for these projects that include a project on improving irrigation in Sudan through controlling the rain waters in Delta Tokar area at a cost of 50 million dollars. The head of the company’s boards of directors said upon the meeting that the volume of work in Tokar-Garora road has reached 30 kilometers, with another 20 kilometers being implemented on Al-Gedarif-Samsam road. She said that the two roads have reached 180 kilometers, at accost of a billion Egyptian pounds.
