Solidarity Committee threatens to take” September victims” case to ICC
|
Khartoum-The Committee for solidarity with families of martyrs, wounded and detainees has threatened to take the issue of the victims of September demonstrations further to the African commission and to the International Criminal Court following completion of the file within the country.
Head of the legal panel at the solidarity committee lawyer Mutasim Al-Haj has said that they will file 84 cases against the security authorities. Al-Haj, the representative of the prosecution in the case of Dr. Sara Abdel-Baghi, who was shot dead during last September demonstrations, expected issuance of the final verdict before the next month, saying that he handed over the prosecution pleading on Tuesday and received the defense pleading at the same time
