Saudi man meets in Sudanese mother after 30 years

Khartoum-A Saudi man has met his mother after 30 years of separation since her divorce from his father and return to Sudan. According to a TV show, Abdalla Khojali has never seen his mother before.

A report presented in “Al-thamina” show on MBC TV channel on Sunday said that Khojoli played for Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr clubs and was raised by his paternal grandmother after his (late) father divorced his mother.

The report said that when he was 15 years old, his grandmother told him that his mother is alive and lives in Sudan. He tried to leave for Sudan when he was 21 to look for his mother but his financial situation banned him from traveling. He tried again when he was 23 but a traffic accident prevented him from travelling.

The report said that the mother ( Inshrah) was obliged to leave her son as she was married while she was still a child at age of 12. The mother tried to return to see her son but the worsening of her health condition this year has delayed the move.
