Popular Congress and Reform Now refuse any external dialogue on country’s issues

Khartoum-The Reform Now Movement chaired by Dr. Ghazi Salah-Eddin has announced adherence to the national dialogue, denying it has received any invitation from the European Parliament to participate in a meeting bringing together the Revolutionary Front and the opposition parties. Speaking to the Sudanese Media Center, the Secretary of Categories Secretariat in the Reform Now movement Dr. Osama Tawfeeq affirmed rejection to hold any meetings dealing with the issues of the country abroad.
.In the meantime, the Popular Congress Party has affirmed striking to unification of forums and to domestic national dialogue, saying that the role of the international community is confined to observe and support the peace and democratization process.
The Political Secretary of the Popular Congress Kamal Omer said their party has received invitation from the Revolutionary Front to participate in a forum in Germany, denying participation in any dialogue outside the country.
He said that his party prefers giving the ongoing domestic national dialogue a complete chance.
It is to be mentioned the European Parliament has invited a number of opposition parties and the Revolutionary Front to participate in a meeting to be organized by a number of deputies of the EU in France.
