Khartoum-The government has announced rejection to sign current version of the Entebbe agreement that was signed by Nile basin countries of Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Tanzania in 2010. The framework agreement aims to organize the usage of the Nile water. Burundi joined the agreement in 2011. The minister of water resources and electricity Mutaz Musa has affirmed that Sudan will not sign Entebbe agreement in its current form unless an agreement on the pending issues is made.
