Khartoum-The Sudanese government renewed Monday its call for the armed holders to join the Doha peace document, and engage in building Darfur in accordance with a joint integrated curriculum on the ground that what is happening now in Darfur does not serve the interest of the aspired development and that war is not the means for realigning the request. The first meeting of the high mechanism for the implementation of decisions and recommendations of Om-Jaras conference, which was held at the friendship hall in Khartoum on Monday, recommended inviting all sons of Darfur in the armed movements to engage in the peace process and national dialogue. The meeting concluded with formulation of nine permanent and specialized committees, and to hold the second meeting of the mechanism in one of Darfur states. Addressing the meeting, the first vice President Bakri Hassan Saleh urged all people of Darfur to seriously come to solve Darfur crisis, and to consider the role of the mechanism. He said that the Presidency of the Republic was keen to form the higher committee to implement the recommendations of Om-Jaras forum.
