Khartoum receives (5,000) of South Sudanese refugees

Khartoum-SudaneseOnline-About (5) thousands of South Sudanese refugees have entered to Sudan’s White Nile state in the wake of the recent military escalation between the warring parties in the border areas with Sudan. The head of the Coordinating Committee for Arrivals in the state, Tayeb Mohamed Abdullah, said on Saturday that his committee has defined (5) areas to accommodate and assimilate the refugees, stressing that they were providing basic services He added that his committee urged partners, donors, the World Food Program (WFP) to provide the necessary requirements for those in need, confirming completion of procedures for accounting and registering South Sudanese refugees, revealing that the Sudanese Red Crescent Society began providing humanitarian aids for refugees, especially medical drugs.
