Khartoum and Juba agrees to put an end to smuggling
|
Khartoum-The Ministries of Interior in Sudan and South Sudan have agreed to organize the border crossings and put an end to the smuggling issues. The Minister of Interior Ismat Zain-Al-Abdeen signed for Sudan while the South Sudan Minister of Interior Aleu Ajang has signed for his country.
The Sudanese Minister said the agreement has included issues of smuggling, borders crossing and issues of mutual concern for the two ministries, according to police press office.
He said signing of the agreement contributes in bringing viewpoints closer.
On his part, the South Sudan Minister said the signing of the agreement is a step toward an agreement on a number of memorandums of understanding between the two countries in all fields.
