Khartoum, June 16(SUNA)- Sudan and France on Thursday signed a Joint Executive Program Agreement on fields of higher education and scientific research.
This came when Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr Somia Abu Kashawa received in her office Ambassador of France to Sudan in [presence of Undersecretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Professor Azhari Omer Abdul-Bagzi, Director of Training and External Relations General Directorate, Professor, Mohammed Hassan Dahab and the Cultural Advisor at French Embassy in Khartoum.
Dr Somia said the agreement avails researchers cooperation opportunities in fields of scientific research, and exchange of expertise.
The French Ambassador affirmed his country keenness to implement the executive agreement, saying it will constitute onset of progress of relations between the two countries in field of higher education.
