Committee considers developments of situations in Khartoum University
|
Khartoum-A committee chaired by the former vice chancellor of Khartoum University Prof. Mohamed Ahmed Ali Al-Sheikh and membership of a number of teachers including Dr. Awad Al-Sayed Al-Karsani, Dr. Mustafa Al-Bala as the rapporteur of the committee and a number of experts has started studying the situations at the university prior to resume classes.
The spokesperson of the University Dr. Abdel-Malik Al-Nayem said in a short statement to the Citizen that the committee will submit recommendations to the vice chancellor of the university shortly, and then will decide on the resumption of the classes.
The classes have been suspended in the universities departments expect faculties of health, nursing and education following the unrest and killing of a student in one month.
