Khartoum, 20 July (SUNA)- President of Egypt, Abdul Fatah Sisi, concluded his two-day official visit to the Sudan on Friday and returned home
President of the Republic Omar Bashir, was at the airport to bid him farewell along with senior officials and diplomats accredited to the Sudan.
During the two-day state visit to the country, president Sisi hold talks with the president of the republic on bilateral relations and issues of mutual interest and how to push forwards the strategic relations between Khartoum and Cairo.
Prior to Sisi’s departure the two sides issued a joint communique in which they detailed the activities held during the two-day state visit at the invitation of President Omar Bashir to his Egyptian counterpart.
The two sides also discussed means for revitalization of agreements and MOU concluded as well as meetings of the ministerial and presidential committee before the end of current fiscal year.
