Khartoum, Dec. 2 (SUNA) - The Sudan Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences is due to organize, in collaboration with the Jeddah-Based Islamic Development Bank's Islamic Research and Training Institute a programme on "Liquidity Management in Islamic Banks" at the buildings of the academy during the 13th and 17th of the current December.A source from the Academy told SUNA that experts from the Islamic Institute for Research and Training in Jeddah, Bahrain and Sudan will implement the programme, which aims to inform the trainees on methods and strategies for liquidity management in Islamic banks and the factors determining these strategies, whether internal or external factors.The source pointed out that the programme also aims to explain the qualitative differences in the ways and methods of liquidity management in the Islamic banks in comparison to the conventional banks and how the Islamic banks keep pace with the rapid developments in financial services locally and internationally, adding that the programme is dedicated to bankers and experts of Shari'a supervisory in commercial and central banks as well as the workers in the Islamic financial institutions.أحدث المقالات
