Egypt stresses its desire to promote interaction with Sudan

Jan 19, 2015-Khartoum-SudaneseOnline-Assistant of Egypt’s Foreign Minster for the neighboring States affairs, Ambassador Osama AL-Majzoub, stressed that his country seeks to promote and support interaction with brotherly Sudan at all political, economic and cultural levels, noting that the age-old and historic relations of peoples of the two countries exceed all successive systems and Governments.
During the inauguration ceremony of (Sudanese-Egyptian Cultural Dialogue) on Sunday in Khartoum, AL-Majzoub said that the cultural and artistic communication between the peoples of the Nile Valley will remain the true artery to the relations.
For his part, Egyptian Ambassador to Khartoum, Osama Shaltout, stated that inauguration of Sudanese-Egyptian Cultural Dialogue comes amid dramatic changes in the Arabic region, noting that the two presidents seek to develop cooperative relations in all fields, especially of cultural dialogue, and social communication between the peoples of the Nile Valley.
He noted that Arab peoples are facing fierce attack targeting their Islamic and identity, pointing out that Egypt is providing a model of civilization to defend the moderate Islam
