Human Rights Council appoints new expert for Sudan
|
Khartoum-The chairman of the Human Rights Council and representative of the Gabon Mission at the UN, ambassador Baudelaire Ndong Ella, announced package of decisions on Thursday including appointment of Dr. Aristide Nononsi of Benin an independent expert for human
rights situations in the Sudan, and the Moroccan Mohamed Ayat as independent expert for Ivory Coast.
The new independent expert served as a teacher at law school at Mc Gill University in Montreal in Canada. He has made research on fragile states in terms of the constitutional structure, reform of international law and international organizations laws, human rights and children rights; He obtained a PHD from Bordeaux in France.
