National Congress describes Paris Declaration as “jump in the dark”
|
Khartoum-The National Congress Party has accused leader of the Umma Party Al-Sadeq Al-Mahdi of working on bringing down the regime, and described Paris Declaration as a jump in the dark. The National Congress party has affirmed that it has nothing to do with the national dialogue.
The National Congress has strongly criticized the revolutionary front as a media group that has interests in formulation of a transitional government because it has no weight and would not come through elections.
The deputy political secretary of the National Congress Isa Bushra has said that the stance of Al-Mahdi toward the regime has changed since his release, and considered his meeting with the Revolutionary Front as a new attitude toward regime change.
He said Al-Mahdi is aiming to establish an alternative state, accusing Al-Mahdi of establishing an office working on bringing down the regime.
