NCP suggests accepting Al-Mahdi conditions for dialogue
|
Khartoum-The National Congress Party has suggested that the Presidency of the Republic might accept the requirements raised by the Imam of Al-Ansar Al-Sadeq Al-Mahdi in order to return to the dialogue, expecting that Al-Mahdi will reverse the decision to withdraw from the dialogue.
In the meantime, the National Congress has said the release of the chairman of Sudanese Congress Ibrahim Al-Sheikh is conditional on finding no evidence against him, saying that the issue of the arrest of Al-Sheikh is at the hands of the judicial authorities.
The Secretary of the Justice in the party Al-Fadil Suleiman told journalists on Wednesday that the Presidency of the Republic has studied the requirements of dialogue raised by Al-Mahdi, expecting the response of the Presidency of the republic to the requirements in order to involve him in the dialogue as the sole option for handling the crises of the country.
