Night curfew issued in Niyala city
|
Khartoum-The Security Committee of Niyala locality issued, on Wednesday, a curfew decision in all areas of the locality. It also issued a decision banning soldiers from carrying arms within neighborhoods.
The Commissioner of the locality, Al-Hadi Issa, said that the curfew starts from of 10 p.m until 7a.m. He added that the vehicles and motorcycles that do not have plates are also not allowed to move.
He said that the traditional face veil known as” Al-Kadmul” is also banned. The commissioner said that the decision come as part of the endeavors of the security committee to protect the lives and properties of citizens, eradicate negative phenomena and crimes, ensure supremacy of law.
He urged the citizens to comply with these decisions and contribute in implementing the locality plan to maintain security, saying that whoever violates these decisions, will be accountable before the law.
