Two persons believed to be shot dead appeared at court as defense witnesses

Khartoum-Amid tight security measures, the criminal court of Sinja city in Sinnar state, chaired by Magistrate Abdel-Moneim Younis, continued its session on prosecution of the detainees of the SPLM-north Sudan in the Blue Nile whom were arrested by the authorities after the outbreak of the incidents of September 2011.
Member of the Sudanese Authority for Defending Rights and Freedoms Al-Tigani Hassan has said that the session heard in its sessions on Wednesday and Thursday to more than 50 witnesses, and will continue hearing the testimonies of the rest defense witnesses next Wednesday and Thursday.
Al-Tigani added that Hamod Osman and Hamid Abo, who were believed to be shot dead by the first defendant Minalla Hussein, appeared at the court as defense witnesses affirming that they are alive.
