The Loser Is Me..........
Thoughts of you bring back the memories of the sweet days we shared. I look back, and all I feel is sorrow. Not for what has gone, but rather for what is yet to come. I am living in hardship now. My brain and heart are wrestling against each other, each determined to win the fight But i can see that in such situations, there is nothing such as winners. Only losers, and the loser is ..... me. What went wrong? was I betrayed, or was I the traitor? was it love, or just a moment of madness that lasted a little bit longer than it should have? Questions ... questions... and all the answers lay there at the end of the valley i chose not to walk, after noticing the deep prints my feet left as I stumbled on its mud. Memories of the past, and thoughts of you, tearing me apart, but I mumble as I ask you for answers and studder when the heated words " I Love You" try to find their way out of my barely parted lips.
